(b) harass, abuse, or harm other users;
(c) upload false, misleading, inappropriate, or infringing content;

7. Matches and User Interactions

Smitpet provides a platform to discover and connect pet profiles. We do not verify users and make no guarantees regarding user identity, behavior, compatibility, responses, or outcomes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

8. Blocking and Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor content and user activity and to remove content, restrict visibility, block users, suspend access, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion to maintain a safe and respectful community.

9. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Those platforms are solely responsible for billing, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds under their respective policies. Smitpet LLC does not process payments directly and is not responsible for payment-related issues handled by these platforms.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, provide false information, or pose a risk to other users or the Service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, branding, and software of Smitpet are owned by or licensed to Smitpet LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without permission.
